Online training: scheduled for Friday, June 9, is a course on equal opportunities and the promotion of gender culture held by the DIRPOLIS Institute (Law, Politics, Development) of the Sant'Anna School of Education

An online training session "La promozione della cultura di genere e delle pari opportunità" is scheduled for Friday, June 9, held by Anna Loretoni, Dean of the Class of Social Sciences and professor of Political Philosophy at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies; Elena Vivaldi, professor of Constitutional Law at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies; and research fellow Roberta de Paolis.

The course is organized by ANCI Toscana (Associazione Nazionale Comuni Italiani), within the Directorate of Organization, Personnel, Management and Safety Workplaces, Organization and Human Resources Development sector, and aims to transmit the knowledge necessary to understand the impact of gender policies in the private and public spheres, with a focus on gender discrimination in the workplace and related tools to remedy it, and an overview of the innovations introduced by the PNRR.

The course has a limited number of participants and is aimed at operators of the Employment Center offices of the Regione Toscana Employment Agency.  The latter organizations promote the matching of labor supply and demand in the territory and implement active labor policy initiatives and interventions. In addition, they offer free services to job seekers who need support in choosing a training or employment path and to companies looking for staff.
